The family-friendly atmosphere of the resort was perfect for our holiday. My two young daughters absolutely loved the swimming pool and spent countless hours splashing and playing in the water. It was a great place for them to relax and have fun.

One of the things we didn't particularly like was the limited choices at breakfast. There weren't many options to choose from and it would have been nice to have a bit more variety.

the beds were terrible! So were the receptions staff. one inparticular was very rude. she had a lisp

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the room well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool which my two young daughters absolutely loved. The breakfast, although not perfect, had a delicious seafood pizza that I really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Nice location. Nice pool and kids rooms. But recommend to hire car or motorbike as taxi's very very expensive .

Rooms are a bit rundown.

The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly and always helpful. Nothing was ever a problem. We had to stay an extra night as I had a sick child and all staff including the kitchen staff were great and asking how he was and how I was coping and helping me use printing facilities to change flights etc. A very friendly experience. The kids club was great. It allowed the kids to have some time out away from the water and I could relax. The beach is not too far away at a quiet end of Karon. On the day we went we were the only ones there and had personal service from the beach bar and restaurant all day. Lovely local Thai experience.

The hotel is fairly run down and in need of repair but it was cheap and the staff were great. The free Wii Fii was slow in the room but excellent by the poolside. The extra bed for our older child was not very comfortable but the king bed was great. With a little TLC this hotel could be more popular. If you have very young children be prepared that safety standards may not be up to your expectations but again this is not a 5 star resort but still a nice place to stay if you are on a budget.

Great for families! the swimming pool was a hit with my young daughters. the rooms were clean and well-maintained despite being a bit outdated. the seafood pizza served during breakfast was a delicious surprise, definitely worth a try.

Ewerything bad so old it nerly fall apart end so durty dont stay her ewen if they pay you

The friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities for children. Quiet suurroundings. Near the beach. Quality of hotel is good.

Little bit at the outside of Karon (far too walk to other place)

We had a great time at this place! The swimming pool was a big hit with our two young daughters. The rooms may have been a bit old, but they were well-maintained and clean. The breakfast wasn't perfect, but they did make a delicious seafood pizza that we really enjoyed. Although there weren't any Halal restaurants nearby, we were able to enjoy the seafood options here all the time.

Terrible, I was given a 'Deluxe room for extra 400 TBH and the power point wire were uncovered,(also the toilet was leaking) dangerous for my son, then I was given a regular room at the price of a deluxe as I did not like the other one.The pool was in terrible state and the kids room even worse!3 restaurant but only one was operating and on Booked.net mention a shuttle service..and there is none.the only good thing was the house keeping and the wireless internet.

Facilities, friendly staff, room cleaned everyday, all in all an excellence experience and hotel, we have already recommended you to our neighbours. Thank you for making our holiday so delightful

Probably I will not stay there again...the pictures in the internet looks much better than seeing them for real. I am quite disappointed in that sense. The hotel looks rundown, too. S3ervice not to the level expected.

I did like everything at the hotel, good helpful staff, 2 good pools, roomservice that was not expensive at all, got a big queenzise beed that was comfortable.

The distance, like 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the town.
